Stüssy offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
